Most will rush off to a GP, become a 'patient', undergo a barrage of test, and more than likely be placed on some form of medication, or if a serious condition presents, will perhaps undergo an invasive operation of some sort. This is pretty much the 'norm' approach, and it's like putting the cart before the horse... so to speak.
So how is it that many find themselves in a 'condition' of ill health? The answer lies squarely on the basis of how well (or not ), a person is attuned to taking care of their health, and achieving good health is the result of gaining a bit of knowledge, and applying / living it on a daily basis.
Once we are a little better educated on how to take better care of our body, we then have some idea how we will approach things. We are faced with many challenges in our daily lives and it's our choices that determine the outcome. This also applies to our level of health.
Our health is our sole responsibility, to make the effort to gain an understanding of how our body works, even if it's on a very basic level. We cannot treat our body as a 'servant' to our ways, for in the end 'our ways' ( if it is not conducive to cultivating good health) , will lead us astray, down the path of disease, suffering and perhaps an early demise.
